What you'll learn
Choose a niche and positioning statement you can repeat in intros, titles, and thumbnails—without sounding generic.
Use AI to brainstorm video ideas, titles, hooks, and outlines—then edit for accuracy and your authentic voice.
Turn bullet points into scripts you can actually deliver on camera (pacing, structure, and B-roll notes).
Speed up editing: rough cuts, captions, chapter markers, and repurposing clips into Shorts or posts.
Build a simple publishing system: batching, a content calendar, and “good enough” weekly consistency.
Stay safe: disclosure habits, copyright basics, and what not to paste into a tool.

Description
Growing a channel is less about “more AI” and more about a repeatable system: ideas, scripts, editing, and publishing. This workshop helps you use AI to remove friction—while keeping your voice, your story, and your standards intact.
Cohorts cap at 35 participants so workshops stay interactive. Sessions run live (two evenings per week, US Eastern) with recordings posted within 24 hours. Typical completion time is three weeks including optional channel assignments.
By the end, you'll be able to:
Generate ideas and packaging (titles, hooks, thumbnails) without losing authenticity.
Produce scripts and outlines you can film on a schedule you can keep.
Edit and publish faster with a simple repurposing loop (long form → Shorts → posts).
